Before moving to Portland, Elizabeth lived in Austin, Texas since 2011. Just like in Portland, people live a healthy, active lifestyle. It was in Austin she found her passion as a massage therapist. She attended The Austin Institute for Massage and Spa Therapies where she learned Trigger Point and Deep Tissue massage. After graduating, she focused her efforts in barefoot modalities such as Ashiatsu and Ashi-Thai. These techniques allow her to use her body weight to deliver a deep, painless massage. During her time with clients she also incorporates stretching and Lomi Lomi to give a flowing, yet deep bodywork session.
